COVID-19 Update

J.S. McCarthy Printers is Open for Business:

Even though we have to be apart, we can still work together.

We want to reassure you that J.S. McCarthy Printers is an essential business under the recent Maine Executive Order Regarding Essential Business and Operations put forth by Governor Janet Mills which takes effect today (March 25, 2020). We remain open to take your calls, answer emails and produce your work seven days a week.

I understand that your inbox has been overwhelmed with emails such as this, but we felt it was important to get a message to our clients that depend on our services every day. Like all of you, we continue to monitor and adapt to the COVID-19 pandemic as it impacts every corner of the globe. Through this pandemic, our primary focus remains the same as it always has: to ensure our employees are healthy and safe so that we can deliver top tier customer service and high-quality products.

We continue to follow the CDC’s recommended precautions for the safety of our employees, customers, and vendors in order to maintain a healthy and operational workplace. In addition to these guidelines, we continue to implement new protocols within our facility, which have included: changing our shift times to eliminate any overlap in our workforce, implementing remote working where possible, continuously cleaning of shared surfaces in our facility, requiring all meetings to be carried out by phone, limiting outside visitors to our facility to only those who are critical to our operation, and managing our supply chain closely.

We hope this email finds you safe and healthy as we all join together in wishing for brighter days ahead.

Sincerely,

Jonathan Tardiff,
President
