The J.S. McCarthy Online Fulfillment System is a secure, web-based platform accessible with a customer-specific login. Your personalized site includes all your fulfillment products and shipping preferences. With this system, you can place orders, ship to single or multiple locations, check product availability at the time of order entry, and review the status of your fulfillment orders—all from one convenient location, 24/7.

Inventory Management

With our Online Fulfillment System, you can categorize your finished goods inventory for easy viewing at any time. The system and its associated reports enable you to review inventory items, see quantities on hand, and view any back orders that have been created. Customized inventory reports provide a quick overview of similar items. This site allows you to check product availability at order entry and grants your staff direct access to inventory status, order status, and order history.

Shipping

We offer a comprehensive range of logistics services to meet your shipping needs. We collaborate with several Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) Freight Carriers, as well as major parcel carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Our goal is to identify the most efficient and cost-effective solutions for shipping your orders. Whether you need quick delivery, specialized handling, or bulk shipping, our logistics team is dedicated to ensuring your products arrive safely and on time. We tailor our shipping strategies to suit your specific requirements, providing seamless and reliable logistics support for your business.

Warehousing

J.S. McCarthy has a 28,000 square foot storage and fulfillment warehouse in our production facility. All pallets are tracked using a state-of-the-art warehouse management system that integrates with our wire-guided forklift to streamline order picking and storage. Our fulfillment warehouse is monitored 24/7 by cameras, and we offer locked storage when additional protection is required.

We also offer a flexible "Pay as You Pull" warehousing solution, designed to optimize your storage costs by charging only for the inventory as you retrieve it, making it a cost-effective choice for businesses looking for scalable storage solutions.
